Neil Young American Stars N Bars Rock Music CD Review
Neil Young, very talented Rock artist has released him latest album titled American Stars N Bars and Wow! Its really a good one.
Refreshingly, this was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.
These days its a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.
Im of the opinion that American Stars N Bars is certainly Neil Youngs best work in a few years. A totally enjoyable CD and an outstanding release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up because its a collection that even the casual Rock fan can appreciate and enjoy.
While the entire album is really very good the truly standout tunes are track 2 - Saddle Up The Palomino, track 4 - Hold Back The Tears, and track 9 - Homegrown.
My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in Stuck On REpeat] is track 1 - The Old Country Waltz. What a nice track!
