Review of the Scott Hamilton CD From The Beginning

From The Beginning is the latest Jazz CD released by the very talented Scott Hamilton who once again has delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. Im confident Scott Hamilton fans, and Jazz fans alike will be pleased with this one.

Unfortunately, its not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just cant force myself to get through. Not at all the case with From The Beginning. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Jazz music fans will recognize some of the well known guests that have been assembled to play along with Hamilton on several of the tracks. Artists like Scott Hamilton and Others just to Hamilton a couple.

I give From The Beginning my highest recommendation. It just plain belongs in any serious music collectors collection regardless of genre preference.

While this entire CD is really very good some of my favorites are track 4 - Disc 1 - Exactly Like You, track 4 - Disc 2 - These Foolish Things Remind Me Of You, and gt3

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in Stuck On REpeat] is track 1 - Thats All. Its a great track!
